In 2023, Intelligent Protection provided Travel Risk, Secure Ground Transportation, and Bodyguard Services to a family from the US who were spending three weeks on Safari in Botswana.
Prior to the trip, we provided our clients with a family-friendly Travel Risk Report so that they understood the basics of security and health points and our plan should the security situation change.
Our services involved a meet-and-greet service in Gaborone, travel to a Private Game Reserve, and onward travel to a series of bush camps.
We took a low-key approach, deploying a male/female team to fit in with the family and their two teenage daughters.

All of our operatives are qualified to a minimum of First Person on Scene (International) (FPOSi) or First Response Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC3), British qualifications. They would also have received training during their Military or Police Service, many to a very high level.
All of our operatives carry first aid or trauma packs as standard, with larger packs in our operational vehicles.
English is the main language in Botswana, however, if you require specific languages to be spoken, please inform us. Many are multilingual, adding value to the service that we are able to offer.
