Intelligent Protection International Limited is based in Europe and has several offices including its headquarters in the United Kingdom, as well as its offices in Paris, France and Geneva, Switzerland.
We provide Bodyguard Services in every European country, although the laws governing Security and Bodyguard Services differ from country to country; we of course work within the law and respect all commercial licensing.
In 2017, Intelligent Protection International Limited became the first UK company to become certified in both the UK and France, enabling us to operate across Europe in a post Brexit environment.

Hiring Bodyguards in Europe
We provide Bodyguard services to a wide range of clients living in or visiting Europe, from visiting business professionals and private families, through to sporting, film and television celebrities.
We of course supply Event Security and Bodyguard Services for prestigious events held in Europe such as the Cannes Film Festival and provided bodyguard services at both the Commonwealth Games in the UK in 2020 and at the Paris Olympics in 2024, and more besides. Of course, we also work for corporate clients ensuring the continuity and duty of care, and that their staff are safe during business travel.
Intelligent Protection International Limited also provides Royalty Protection Services to a number of overseas Royal families who holiday or reside in Europe.

Clients who are interested in Armed Bodyguards and/or Armed Protection will need to make this clear to us from the outset. It is not possible to hire Armed Bodyguards in many European countries and even in the countries that do allow armed Private Security, often this has to be arranged well in advance, even then is reviewed by Government departments on a case by case basis. So, in essence this is not an easy area!

Most European cities fear a repetition of 2016 Nice attack, Manchester Arena bombing of 2016 or the Paris attacks of 2015. Terrorism is not far from people’s minds when planning travel. At Intelligent Protection International, we provide clients with up-to-date travel risk reports, we also monitor the situation on the ground when we have teams deployed and feed any relevant risk information back to the client.

Yes, Intelligent Protection has a vast network of female bodyguards from around the world. Often clients with young families like to have the peace of mind that a gentle, more covert approach is being taken to their children's security. This is a role that lends itself well to female operatives.
We can provide a wide range of vehicle to suit our tasks and have a number of local partners that we work with. However, it's not just about supplying vehicles, it's more about the right vehicle and driver for the task at hand, paired-with a security trained driver.

All of our operatives are qualified to a minimum of FPOSi, a British qualification. They would also have received training during their Military Service, many to a very high level.
All of our operatives carry first aid or trauma packs as standard, with larger packs in our vehicles.
If you require specific languages to be spoken, please inform us. In most cases, all of our operatives in Europe speak English as standard as well as their native language. Many are multilingual, adding value to the service that we are able to offer.
