How does the new UK Martyn's law affect AGM's?

Any event with 200 or more attendees must carry out a Security Risk Assessment at "Standard Tier" with events over this needing to conduct more rigorous Security Risk Assessments at "Enhanced Tier". Further, if your event is high-profile, it is also advisable to carry out a Security Risk Assessment.

Security Risk Assessments are used to proide mitigation measures and should address such as terrorisim, distruption by actavists, major incidents such as fire and flod etc.
